Clowns draw out of us a variety of emotions; joy, laughter, confusion, sadness, and sometimes even fear. It’s this ambiguity which helps us explore the grey areas of life: that’s why I personally love clowns. They make us reflect on the human condition and its sadness. Clowns are an embodiment of the fragility of life and the importance of holding onto happiness when it appears.
